The Constitution & Policy Committee is responsible for reviewing and assisting in the drafting of MLSA policies and constitutional amendments. Additionally, the committee will review and report any potential shortcomings in the MLSA’s current governing documents. Members or committees intending to introduce policies or amendments for consideration by the council should first contact the Constitution & Policy Committee for assistance.


Brendan Rozier – Chair

Brendan is a third-year law student at Robson Hall and Chair of the MLSA’s Constitution and Policy Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Winnipeg, and is published in journals including Policing & Society and Critical Criminology. Brendan is currently the lead student editor of the Manitoba Law Journal‘s Criminal Law Edition and is further engaged in ongoing research on bail outcomes and access to information.
