CanU is a Winnipeg-based charitable initiative that fosters mentor-mentee relationships between students of the University of Manitoba and children in Grades 5-12 all over Manitoba. CanU Law is run every year in both the Fall and Winter Terms, and focuses on teaching kids micro-units on law and human rights, from criminal matters to constitutional issues.

Rebecca is a 2L student at Robson Hall with a degree in Classical Music Performance from l’Université de Montréal. Her interests include human rights, international law, and increasing the public’s understanding of the legal system.
